This is a song written from the perspective of someone who is naturally fairly pessimistic and yet is doing their damnedest to maintain a sense of hope and optimism in these "dark sinister times". March 2026

The inspiration for it came after I watched a movie about Bob Marley which stoked my reggae leanings. Then I thought about the world and that stoked the lyrics
