A day of music and fun. Come on down and join The New John McGrail Trio perform at the East 160th stage as part of the 2023 Waterloo Arts Fest. We play early so come join us and then immerse yourself in the festival. 6 stages, 36 bands and that does not include what will be going on at the Beachland Tavern and Ballroom. Cleveland Rocks: PPF’s Professional Development Workshops are held on the third Monday of the month from 7-9pm at the Cleveland Rocks Shop (15801 Waterloo Rd). Each workshop will focus on a different music-related topic with discussions from 7-8pm, followed by a 2×4 Songwriter Showcase from 8-9pm featuring 4 different artists, 2 songs each.

The John McGrail Quartet returns to the Jenks 1929 Building in Cuyahoga Falls for their 2nd performance. If you missed the first you won't want to miss this one. Rumor has it they will have new material ready by then! The Quartet consists of Jay Bentoff (bass), Matt Kinczel (percussion), Sheela Das (flute, whistles, guitar vocals and more) and of course John McGrail (guitar and vocals). Don't miss this! You can be home in time for dinner or hang in Cuyahoga Falls and have your evening repast there.

John McGrail will be taking part in a songwriting session at 2:15 with Mark Freeman and Rachel Brown.

Then at 4:00 The John McGrail Trio will be performing a concert in Room 125. Joining him will be Jay Bentoff on bass and Sheela Das on flute, whistles and guitar.

Daytime events are free while the evening concert is $15 in advance and $20 the day of the show.

The Headwhiz Consort starts their World Tour at the illustrious Odeon Hammersmith.  It will be their first tour since 2005 in support of Baobob when they traveled from Ireland to Senegal and beyond.  Come join Babakar and company it promises to be something special.
